The Lana, Dubai, the first Middle East hotel by Dorchester Collection, has opened its doors at the scenic Marasi Bay marina location, marking the luxury brand’s debut in the region.
Headquartered in London and owned by the Brunei Investment Agency, Dorchester Collection now boasts ten properties globally, including renowned establishments like The Dorchester in London and The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
This highly-anticipated launch, following the success of Dorchester Collection’s iconic properties worldwide, including Plaza Athénée in Paris, marks the brand’s first new opening in over a decade.
The Lana is now ready to accommodate overnight guests and diners.
Designed by distinguished British architects Foster + Partners, The Lana stands out with its striking structure. Boasting 30 floors, 225 rooms and suites, and eight dining venues, it also introduces the UAE’s inaugural Dior Spa, scheduled to open in April.
The hotel features The Lana Promenade, a central podium hosting retail outlets, restaurants, and an infinity rooftop pool, offering guests a vibrant and luxurious experience.
The culinary scene is curated by Michelin-starred chefs Jean Imbert, Martin Berasategui, and pastry expert Angelo Musa.
Signature restaurants include Riviera, offering modern Mediterranean cuisine, and Jara, set to serve Basque delights starting mid-February.
With room rates starting at Dh3,400 ($926) per night, The Lana promises guests an unforgettable blend of luxury, elegance, and culinary excellence against the breathtaking backdrop of Dubai’s skyline.
